Looking for a Roommate

Roommate Bigroom landed a job in Maryland with a 20 grand raise, so she's leaving us to go back to the area where her family lives, and where she can afford to live on her own. I told her she can't possibly lose with a set-up like that, but we'll miss her.

Now we're interviewing candidates, hoping to fill the room quickly. It's a beautiful room, the master suite, with a large private bathroom, three closets, and a fireplace. All for only $750 a month, which is an amazing steal for this area.

In the meantime, I'm hanging paintings and making plans to turn the living room into an elegant thing of beauty. The new five-piece moonrise over the ocean paintings are gorgeous.
